Brickwork 1-part

Novoferm brickwork frames:
Robust and a perfect fit.

Durability and lasting value – are the two outstanding properties of traditional solid construction. The modern masonry steel frames from Novoferm are just as stable – and fit ideally for practically any door. The Novoferm quality creates confidence in any situation. The many different variants of Novoferm Z® S Standard frames can basically be used to open to the right or left.

Alternatives for anchoring wrap around frames are, for example, propeller or joint anchors. The specially bent wire anchors are embedded in the wall. The joint anchors are used to mount steel frames rationally in the face masonry. Naturally Novoferm can supply additional special solutions for special requirements on request.

Profile 2140 – double shell frames, screwed into the seal rebate

Brickwork 3-part

Novoferm Z®the 3-part interlocking frame

The three parts of the frame are screwed directly in the opening.

Advantages: Guarantees a buckle free, flat surface, and high stability of the mitre connection. All the screws needed for the corner connection are delivered with the frame.

  • Prepared for screw or clamp fastening, DIN left/right can be used, with meter marking.
  • Packed in cartons and also wrapped in foil.

 

Partition 1-part

Novoferm partition wall door frames:
Fast, good, cost-effective.

Novoferm partition construction door frames provide the ideal frame for every opening to newly created rooms.

In uniquely quick, light-weight mounting. It should be good, quick, easy, and inexpensive. Novoferm partition construction Z ® gypsum plasterboard door frames make all this possible – relieving you of time and cost pressures!

Types of material

Novoferm frames in all kinds of material

Sheet steel:

This material is hot-dip galvanized sheet steel according to DIN EN 10142, sheet thickness 1.5 mm or 2.0 mm. The medium zinc layer thickness equals 150 g/m². With high quality primer the ideal basis for the final coating.

Aluminium:

Sheet thickness 2 mm or 3 mm. The surface is provided with a RAL powder coating. To protect against scratches and damages these high quality special frames are separately wrapped in foil.

Stainless steel:

Material number 1.4301 (V2A), Material number 1.4571 (V4A), in the sheet thicknesses 1.5 mm or 2.0 mm, sanded with 240 grain. To protect against scratches and damages these high quality special frames are separately wrapped in foil.

For totally individual demands, when you want to accentuate with color: Highest-quality powder coating with GSB approval, with outstanding resistance to weathering, high gloss and color stability, excellent bonding on all metallic substrate materials, good corrosion protection properties, high surface hardness with good mechanical values, excellent abrasion resistance, burn-in temperature 195 ° C.

All frames available in the color of your choice: RAL as desired, RAL design, metallic colors, and in addition anti-graffiti powder coating possible.

Fire resistant glazing

Novoferm responds to current requirements in a timely manner and develops new products to satisfy the needs of the market. In this regard Novoferm places emphasis on rational mounting on the part of the processor. In keeping with this principle we offer the F30 and F90 glazing ready to install, e.g. the elements are delivered with the required, approval-specific insulating  panels already mounted. There is no need for the processor to spend time cutting the insulating strips to size. This is a unique advantage in the market. These elements can also be supplied in unusual geometries.

F30/F90 glazings are also available in stainless steel and RAL of choice.
